The author did a fantastic job with the second book in the Widow Wagon Series. With most authors the first book is normally the best but not with this one! I think this one is my favorite! It certainly goes up on the scorching sex rating. This book is hot and I mean HOT! You may need some alone time after reading some of these scenes! It lit my kindle on fire! Noah is my new book BF!
Daisy is such a sweet girl with a good heart but like most of us she often speaks before she thinks about what she says and she has to learn the consequences. Luckily her new husband has no problem helping her with that. He knows that a nice spanking will keep her in line and it does! The author really knows how to write her spanking scenes and it really shows in this book with all the different types of spanking shown. It is very important that with spanking scenes there is some kind of loving aftercare moment and every single spanking scene had a beautiful aftercare scene! This is one of my favorite quotes from a certain scene.
"You're still my girl. But to become my good girl again, it'll take being disciplined." - you can really see he loves her and cares for her! There isn't the instant 'I love you' in this story and I like that and yet the love is very much shown between the two characters even tho Daisy loves to misbehave. Overall this was a wonderful sexy western spanking love story that I highly recommend!
